How the price is built

A single agent pays one flat price: $49 a month for Basic or $89 a month for Premium. Teams and brokerages are always on Premium, so every agent gets Apollo. They pay an account fee: $89 for a team, $99 for a brokerage, plus $49 a month for every agent you add. The team leader or broker is covered by the account fee.

Common questions

What is Apollo?

Apollo writes your offers. Type the offer the way you'd text it (“offer for Billy on 1324 Main St, 300k, 4k deposit, 30 day close”) and Apollo fills in the contract for you to check and send. It's in Premium, and in every Team and Brokerage account. On Basic you fill in the same Details yourself.

Which plan should I pick?

If it's only you, pick Basic to write offers yourself or Premium to have Apollo write them. Pick Team if you lead a team of agents, and Brokerage if you're a broker with agents at your brokerage. You choose when you create your account, and you're its admin.

Can I switch between Basic and Premium?

Yes, anytime, from the Billing page. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Is there a Basic plan for teams or brokerages?

No. Team and Brokerage accounts are always Premium, so every agent on them has Apollo.

What happens when I add or remove an agent?

Your bill changes by $49 a month for that agent, prorated to the day. Add agents as you hire, remove them when they leave.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Only agents on your account are billed. Buyers and sellers sign and use the portal for free.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
