How the price is built

There are three account types, and the arithmetic is the same for all of them: $29 a month for the account, plus $20 a month for every agent you add to it. A Single Agent account has no agents to add, so it stays at $29.

Common questions

Which account type should I pick?

Pick Single Agent if it's only you. Pick Team if you lead a team of agents, and Brokerage if you're a broker with agents at your brokerage. You choose the type when you create your account, and you're its admin.

What happens when I add or remove an agent?

Your bill changes by $20 a month for that agent. Add agents as you hire, remove them when they leave.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Only agents on your account are billed. Buyers and sellers sign and use the portal for free.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
